A certified fire suppressant, specific for dealing with Li-ion fires is localised to each locker dealing with the fire directly should a battery catch fire.
When a battery goes into thermal runaway, it begins venting dangerous gasses, the GSM phone and text alert will notify you whilst the power supply for the sockets is cut off. However, the forced ventilation will continue to operate and exhaust these gasses, greatly reducing the risk.
