At the start of 2020, the whole Armorgard team took up the challenge of walking a target of 10 million steps in just 4 weeks, all in aid of raising money for an external defibrillator.

The external defibrillator has now been installed and is available for the local community to use in times of emergency.

  • Did you know that every 5 minutes, someone is admitted to hospital due to a heart attack?

We feel passionately about the welfare and wellbeing of the local community, and that’s why we’re very proud that we all worked together and hit our target of 10 million steps in just 4 weeks to be able to make this happen.

The defibrillator is located on the outside of the building next to reception at the Armorgard head office. Please feel free to visit our offices to familiarise yourself with the unit.
