your questions answered

Does Armorgard deal direct

No. As a manufacturer of products, we sell all our products through distributors, and we’re very loyal to our distribution network. We do have a product development team that actively work with users of our products to develop existing and new products,  but all purchase enquiries that we receive will be put through a distributor of your choice.

Is there a carriage charge

Delivery is Free to UK for orders over £250.00. Any orders below £250.00 have a £10 delivery charge. Delivery charge to highlands and islands would have to be quoted. Standard delivery is Next Day on orders before 3pm. Same day delivery and Next Day Timed delivery is available, subject to additional charges. All availability is subject to stock.

What is the warranty

We can warrant that the product will be free from defect in workmanship for a period of 12 months, except in relation to any gas strut or lock forming part of the goods. To view the full warranty, download our Terms & Conditions.

Can wheels be fitted

Yes. There is an increasing demand for equipment to be mobile on site. If wheels are not standard with a product, then they can easily be supplied as an optional extra. Castors can be fitted to the majority of our products using the quick fix clamping system.

Can you replace lost keys

Yes. Using the serial number on the product we can cut replacement keys. Security measures are taken to ensure you are the owner of that serial number.

Do you offer spare parts

Yes. Spare parts can be purchased for our equipment. Only genuine Armorgard parts should be used for Armorgard products, otherwise it could invalidate the warranty.

understanding hazardous products

The storage of chemicals, flammable substances and gases is the subject of many regulations. Some substances must be stored outside away from buildings. Other substances can be stored inside, but are sometimes subject to quantity limits. We would recommend that you should always seek the advice of the Health and Safety Inspectorate, your local Fire Officer, Trading Standards Office or any other qualified body. The aim is to provide a store which is resistant to fire, capable of retaining leakage or spillage, dry, adequately ventilated and secure against unauthorised access.
